The Dogpatch Arts & Business Association is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to celebrating Dogpatch — its stories, its makers and the people who make it thrive.
DABA exists to amplify local stories, support the people behind Dogpatch’s cultural and economic life and preserve the gritty-but-refined spirit that makes Dogpatch unmistakably itself.
Through inclusive public programming such as regular neighborhood designs tours, the annual Winter Market, monthly meetings and regular social gatherings, DABA works to create lasting benefit for everyone who lives in, works in and visits Dogpatch.

Weekend Fun in Dogpatch
Need some inspiration for some weekend fun in Dogpatch? We asked several DABA board members what’s their favorite thing to do on a Saturday or Sunday in Dogpatch:
My favorite thing to do is walk out my front door, grab a coffee at Piccino Coffee Bar or the CoffeeShop, and stroll through the neighborhood. I always run into friends and neighbors along the way. I don’t have an agenda, and I end up making plans with someone I’ve run into for a glass of wine at Together Wine Lounge, Ungrafted, or Third Rail; and then we get dinner at Longbridge, Wooly Pig, or back at Piccino, where I might have started my day!
My favorite thing to do on a weekend in Dogpatch is to spend a couple of hours playing at Bay Padel, stop into Standard Deviant for a pint, and wander to Crane Cove to play on the grass with my kiddos.
Weekends in Dogpatch include a bike ride north along the Bay-side with a 60-minute swim in the pool at UCSF. A special treat is a shot of hot chocolate at my favorite pop-up opened at Humphrey Slocumb — Cru Chocolate.
