For us, that starts in Dogpatch. It’s where we live, where we know the buildings and businesses, and where we’ve become part of a community we genuinely care about. Our knowledge of Dogpatch and Potrero Hill goes beyond market statistics. We understand the architecture, the history, the individual buildings and the qualities that make this part of San Francisco such a distinctive place to live.
EXPERIENCE WITH A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE
Real estate has been part of our professional life for decades, but our perspective has also been shaped by careers and experiences outside the traditional real estate world.
Before returning their focus to residential real estate, Scott and Patricia owned a Herman Miller dealership and a professional photography business. Those experiences developed an appreciation for architecture, design, proportion and the way people actually live in a space. Patricia brings her decades as a marketing and public relations professional to the partnership, and together we approach each client and property thoughtfully, personally and without a one-size-fits-all formula.
We’ve also bought, built, renovated and lived in homes ourselves. We understand that a home is both a significant financial asset and something much more personal.

Our mission is simple: to help people make better real estate decisions. That means listening before talking, asking the right questions and giving our clients the information and perspective they need to make decisions with confidence.
For sellers, we look carefully at how a property should be positioned, presented and marketed to bring out what makes it special. For buyers, we look beyond the listing—at the property, the building, the neighborhood and the details that can make the difference between simply buying a home and finding the right one.
Sometimes the best advice is to move quickly. Sometimes it is to be patient. Our role is to help our clients understand the difference.

Whether guiding technology companies through strategic marketing, building a nationally recognized artisan food business, or creating compelling photography and content for entrepreneurs, Patricia has spent more than 30 years helping people communicate their value and confidently navigate life's biggest changes.
Patricia believes buying or selling a home is more than a transaction—it's often one of life's most meaningful transitions. She combines her background in marketing, branding and visual storytelling to help clients present their homes at their very best, make informed decisions, and feel supported every step of the way.
As a longtime San Francisco resident, Patricia has developed a deep appreciation for the unique character of the city's neighborhoods and the communities that make them special. Patricia is a Board Member at the Dogpatch Art and Business Association.

Scott and his wife Patricia live in San Francisco’s Dogpatch Neighborhood. They have been business partners as well as husband and wife. They are big San Francisco Giants fans and love walking along the San Francisco Bay to attend games. They are a big part of the neighborhood and love the Dogpatch/Potrero Hill community. Scott is a member of Dogpatch’s Green Benefits District Board of Directors.
